Double Down
It’s not when times are easy that you gotta double down on your inner vision;
It’s when times are tough!!
Stay true to your original dream and remember that it’s always darkest before the dawn!!!
Best Halloween Costumes 2023!
Creativity is a human superpower!
Here are the best costumes I could find whilst walking around New York City last night.
People Got To Be Free
My cover of People Got The Be Free, The Rascals, 1969
We will all be free once we collectively decide to abandon dualism mentality
and embrace oneness mentality. To me, true freedom means un-judging and un-binding even your worst enemy. Freedom also comes with responsibility; If you consider yourself free and enlightened, it’s your responsibility to build bridges rather than burn them.
Individuals who live in societies where all peoples are free to express their opinion have a responsibility to participate domestically, and also to support freedom in the areas of our world where true freedom and true democracy is, or might be, jeopardized.
Open your heart and think for yourself.
Halloween In NYC
Some New Yorker's really make an effort to decorate their houses for Halloween.
Here is a tour of a couple of amazing Halloween decorations I saw while strolling around in New York City.
The Choice Is Yours
New Vlog about the power of a choice up on my Youtube today.
As best you can; Always choose to spend your time focusing on creative solutions.
Spiritual Basics
From my teacher Lars Muhl.
THE SPIRITUAL BASICS
1. Everything you send out will return to you.
2. Never say ‘I can’t do that’.
3. Provide help where help is needed.
4. Never make a fuss about anything.
5. Be free of seeking appreciation or applause.
6. Watch yourself: who are you when you are alone?
7. Let go of all masks, burdens and shadows.
8. Know that you are already enlightened and act accordingly.
9. If you are challenged by any actions, thoughts or emotions, meet them with patience and kindness.
10. Everything you are searching for outside, is to be found within you.
11. Think of others, and all fear dissapears.
12. Be both disciplined and creative, always vigilant and present.
13. Be grateful for what you have already received.
14. Stick to your practice without hesitation.
15. Remember: Joy is healing.
16. Never give up. Always give it up.
Take Your Power Back
A short glimpse into my life as an independent artist and model in New York. I believe in the freedom of the individual; Hope this video can inspire you to not stunt your own growth and potential by giving the reins of your destiny over to someone else.
We can all be absent-minded and absent-hearted, but then it is up to us to course correct. Course correct our own behavior and course correct where we use our precious life force - let's not use it to support systems we don't believe in, and systems that aren't fair.
Course correct by taking your power back. 🕊️
It's A Beautiful Morning

More
❤️Always go for more, especially more love❤️
"Ti Guarderò Nel Cuore", later released under the international title "More",

True At The Same Time
Honoring your own life-force and time here on earth is not conflicting with forgiving someone.
You can do both and you should❤️
Walk The Talk
Align what you say, what you think and what you do…This is true spirituality to me.
You Are Safe In The Universe
It’s not you, it’s society ❤️💪 You are safe in the universe.
The universe is a safe space for you to be yourself.
Look inside for this knowing and don’t reach for validation from outside…
Posting shorts like this every day on my Youtube and TikTok. Stay tuned and take care <3
