THE SPIRITUAL BASICS
1. Everything you send out will return to you.
2. Never say ‘I can’t do that’.

6. Watch yourself: who are you when you are alone?
7. Let go of all masks, burdens and shadows.
8. Know that you are already enlightened and act accordingly.
9. If you are challenged by any actions, thoughts or emotions, meet them with patience and kindness.
10. Everything you are searching for outside, is to be found within you.
11. Think of others, and all fear dissapears.
12. Be both disciplined and creative, always vigilant and present.
13. Be grateful for what you have already received.
14. Stick to your practice without hesitation.
15. Remember: Joy is healing.
16. Never give up. Always give it up.

We can all be absent-minded and absent-hearted, but then it is up to us to course correct. Course correct our own behavior and course correct where we use our precious life force - let's not use it to support systems we don't believe in, and systems that aren't fair.
